Reformer Pilates
REFORMER 1.0: Beginner friendly. The basics and classical movement of reformer pilates. Get comfortable with the reformer and learn how to connect your breathing to your movement.
Reformer 1.5: Intermediate level. Add in more difficulty with adding weights, box, and more props to class. Prior experience in 1.0 required.
Reformer 2.0: A contemporary advanced twist on traditional reformer exercises that may include bala equipment, light weights, box, resistance bands, etc. Prior experience in reformer 1.0 and 1.5 required.
Reformer + Power
A 1.5 intermediate level with added strength training. May use 15 lb bala beam, 10 lb bala ring, or heavier dumbbells.
Reformer + Jumpboard
1.5 Intermediate level with added use of the reformer jump board for a HIIT based class.
BOX
45 minute boxing session with a standing bag and gloves. Channel your inner bada$$ with this workout that will have you engaging in punches and kicks to elevate your heart rate. It may even be your new favorite cardio workout.
Additional options like Box and Power available that adds strength training circuits to your boxing session. A DUO you never knew you needed.
Power
45 minute strength session. A variety of dumbbell weights available, props like resistance bands may be used. Take it at your own pace- variety of circuits and formats used. NO mat needed - tennis shoes recommended but not required.
Hot Power
45 minute strength session with the infrared heaters on. A variety of dumbbells will be available, may use resistance bands or a black block. Mat required (some available at studio). No shoes recommended - but you may wear them if you prefer!
Hot Sculpt
45 minute infrared heated session that incorporates traditional yoga movements but adds an elevated twist with a faster pace and weights. This beat based class will have you sweating in the best way possible. Props like ankle weights, resistance balls and bands may be used. Mat required (some available at studio) - no shoes recommended.
Hot Mat Pilates
45 minute infrared heated session that incorporates traditional pilates movements with a mat, resistance balls and bands, and light weights. A slower pace than our sculpt class but still will have you leave feeling toned and strengthened. Bring your own mat if able, no shoes needed.
Hot Power Pilates
45 minute infrared heated session that incorporates traditional pilates movements with our power class to get the best results of both strengthening and toning. Use of bala equipment and heavier dumbbells, along with a mat, resistance balls and bands. A slower pace than our sculpt class but still will have you leave feeling toned and strengthened. Bring your own mat if able, no shoes needed.
