Reformer Pilates

A reformer Pilates studio delivering full-body strength, controlled movement, and low-impact workouts for all levels—rooted in community, consistency, and results. Feel the burn and pulse it out. Core work UNMATCHED!

Mat Pilates

In our infrared heated floor room, this breath-paced class aims to strengthen your core, tone your entire body, and improve flexibility. Props used may include bala bangles, light dumbbells, resistance band and ball, yoga block or a pilates ring. Mat required. No shoes needed.

Power Pilates

In our infrared heated floor room, this breath-paced class differs from mat pilates by adding heavier weights and added strength training. The best combination class of strength and pilates is here! Props used may include bala bangles, bala 15 lb beam or 10 lb ring, medium to heavy dumbbells, resistance band, or yoga block. Mat required. No shoes needed.

Sculpt

A high-energy, beat based class that combines yoga-inspired movement with light strength and cardio intervals. Yoga Sculpt tones the body, strengthens the core, and boosts endurance while maintaining mindful breath and flow. In our infrared room, mat required. End with cold towel and savasana.

Power

A challenging yet accessible dumbbell circuit class focused on functional strength and total-body conditioning. Move through timed circuits that build strength, boost confidence, and keep you motivated. A variety of Power classes are Hot Power, Power Interval, and separated Upper Body and Lower Body sessions.

Box

A high-energy, non-contact boxing workout with a boxing bag and gloves that builds strength, endurance, and confidence—fast-paced, empowering, and seriously fun. This class improves coordination, agility, and strength while delivering a high-energy, stress-relieving workout for all levels.

Flow

A Revive signature flow that creates a Power Vinyasa vibe with Pilates inspired core. Mindful transitions and breath-centered movement.Build strength and endurance using continuous bodyweight movement. Improve flexibility, mobility, and body awareness. Infrared heat improves circulation, relieves muscle soreness, reduces inflammation, and promotes detoxification. End with cold towel and savasana.

Revive and Recover

Format focused on stretching and mobility exercises. Help your recovery and your ability to move purposefully through everyday activities. Mat is required, may use yoga blocks and foam rollers, which will be provided. Cold towel and savasana for the final minutes of class.
